The following companies can participate in the tender:
- Corporate bodies (juridical persons) - residents registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and/or
- Corporate bodies (juridical persons) - nonresidents registered in accordance with foreign legislation,
and for which it is not forbidden to participate in tenders or to engage in the activity connected with the organization of the production and management of tanning and footwear industry.
The candidate companies should meet the requirements indicated in the tender documents, including:
1. The investors, who wish to buy the above-mentioned property complexes (properties), should present the confirmation of:
- the work experience in the tanning and footwear industry or in any other industry;
- already realized investment projects;
- stable financial status allowing to buy the enterprise in the conditions established in the tender documentation.
2. The investors who wish to participate in the tender should present also the following documents:
- readiness to start their work not later than two months after signing the purchase Contract of tender object.
3. Can not participate in the tender, the companies:
- under bankruptcy and liquidation;
- not having outstanding debts on the payments before the government bodies and overdue payments on the bank credit.
