Elektroenergetika Uzbekistan since 2001 functions within the framework of State-share company "Uzbekenergo", formed in the form of the open join-stock company with cut-in in her(its) composition enterprise to coal industry.

At present 53 enterprises enter in composition of the companies and organizations, including 39 opened join-stock companies, 11 unitary enterprises, 2 societies with limited liability and branch to companies - "Energosotish".

The Company "Uzbekenergo", having in its composition 39 power stations general installed by power 12,0 mln. кVт, is practically main producer and supplier to electric powers in republic. The Share departmental power station in structure generating powers forms less 3% (the Rice. 1).

The Installed power power station sufficient for satisfaction rising demand for electric power of the republic, on performing the obligations on supply of the electric powers on export and conservation to energy safety of the country.

The Base of the energy system Uzbekistan are a heat power stations by total power 10,6 mln. кВт. In five large TEC is installed energyblocks by power from 150 before 800 MVT.

This such large heat power stations, as Talimardzhanskaya, Syrdariinskaya, New-Angrenskaya and Tashkentskaya TEC, producing over 85 % electric powers.

For production of the electric powers on TES in composition primary energy resource share of the gas forms 90,8 %, fuel oil - 5,3 %, coal -3,9 %. This trend will is preserved and in the near future - a main fuel will remain the natural gas, in fuel balance share coal will increase before 10-12% (the Rice. 2).

All hydroelectric stations to companies are basically united in cascades GES and work on water floor The most large GES are located in upper  reaches yard CHirchik (CHarvakskaya, Hodzhikentskaya, Gazalkentskaya) and have waterreservoirs allowing work in mode of the regulation to powers.

The Transmission and distribution to electric powers consumer republics is realized on line electotransfusion voltage 0,4 - 500 sq (the Rice. 3).

Extent line electrotransfusion companies exceeds more than 235 thous. km. Deskside line electrotransfusion voltage 220 - 500 sq extent 7,5 thous. km provides stable work.

The ambience.

In plan of the realization direction data developments electroenergy, GAK "Uzbekenergo" leads the work on the following project:

* the modernization Navoiyskoy heat power station.

The Installed power Navoiyskoy TES - 1250 MVT. The Station has 2 blocks on 210 MVT, 6 boilers and 5 turbines, working out electro-and heatenergy

The Data by project is provided construction modern gas steam installing the multifunction cycle by power 346 MVT. Preliminary overall value of the project according to TEO - 232 mln. USA dollar. At present question of attraction of the facilities MFI and searching for of the potential investor is studied for realization of the project;

* the construction VL 500 sq PS Sogdiana -Talimardzhanskaya TES with ORU 500 sq on TES.

The Project is provided construction to high-tension line 500 sq extent beside 200 km from substation Sogdiana in Samarkand area before Talimardzhanskoy TES with opened by distributing device 500 sq on TES.

The Project is expected realize with attraction of the financial facilities IBR in 2009;

* the construction gasturbine installation on Tashkent TEC.

Purpose of the project to modernizations Tashkent heatelectroroute increasing to working efficiency of her(its) work, reliability heat-and supply of the consumers Tashkent, provision rising demand for energy.

Tashkent TEC consists of five steam caldrons total steamoutput 415 t/ch, built with 1939 on 1955, steam turbine by installed power 30 MVT, built in 1954 and seeds waterheating caldrons total heat productivity  650 Gkal/ch, built with 1963 on 1969.

The Design institute OAO "Teploelektroproekt" is prepared PTEO project construction gasturbine installation on Tashkent TEC.

Within the framework of given project is provided construction three highlyefficient gasturbine  installation on 25 MVT with water-heating boiler-utilazer  and reconstruction existing caldrons PTVM-100 from completeng  capacity caldron before 120 Gkal/hour.

The Source of the financing the project are an own facilities, as well as credit of the Japanese bank international cooperation in volume on aquisition of the equipment.

The Construction object external supply Tashkent.

It Is Provided construction object external supply Tashkent - PS 220 sq with In L 220 sq, turning over point ON sq and PS 110 sq with cable line 110 sq.

the introduced consumers of the central part Tashkent, as well as increasing to reliability of supply acting object and populations.

It Is Prepared and passes the expert operation preliminary TEO project.

* the translation caldrons New-Angrenskoy TES on 12 months incineration of coal.

NEW-Angrenskaya TES has 7 energyblocks on 300 MVT. As fuel is used natural gas, coal and fuel oil. Disengaging Natural gas is Expected for production of the energy with transmission  caldrons on 12 months incineration of coal Angren deposit, located by R non-gradual vicinity from power station.
