Textile Industry attractivness for the foreign investors is conditioned by the stabale raw base, high quality cotton fibre, quite reasonable prices for the energyresourses, and highly skilled work stuff, and first of all supporting and favourable conditions created by the government of Republic of Uzbekistan.
Also was started the realization of 66 investment projects, for providing and calling investments on the total amount of 467 mln. USD. From these 36 will be realize in Tashkent city and Tashkent region. The enterprises, have been included to the Programme Modernizing and Technical re-equipment of the Textile Industry enterprises for the period of 2006-2008 years, have been examped of all kinds custom duties ( excluding the payments for the custom arrangments) for the Technoligocal and additional equipment, service and spare parts, wich have been imported for their own needs.
The results of the such projects were, in accordance of the forecast UZBEKYENGILSANOAT company, will be on the beginning of the 2009 year extension of the prodiction export on the 382.9 mln. USD. Will be create 21950 new working vacansies . Was calculated, that 1 mln. USD of the investments for the textile industry is Creating 45-50 vacansies. It means this is 3-4 times more, then in Machine Industry, and 5-6 times more then in the fuel-energy sector complex. So, the extension of the being busy the population with the way of stimulation development for the textile industry will be one of the most important factor and social stability. This is the main purpose and conseption of the investment policy ! On the forecasts of the Holding company UZBEKYENGILSANOAT, owing to the realization new investment projects, the production cotton yarn will increase in 170.7 thousand tonn, cotton fabrics- in 35.7 mln. Meters, jersey sheets- on 39.8 tone, the ready made textile jersey items- on 67.15 mln. Units, stockings production-on 58.6 mln. Pares per year. The analiticks very clearly forecast the new tendensies towards - new capasities of enterprises, included to the State Share Holding company UZBEKYENGILSANOAT, on the volume of the prosessings of the cotton fibre increased from 152 thousand tone in the period 1995 year up to 300 thousand lone for Hie period 2007 year. Within this period wag observed the sagnuTtcanl, almost in 30 limes, extension production export in (he textile sector- It lias been increased From 33.9 up to 307 min. USD. For the lirst purposes of the equipment textile plants win the modem equipment for [he Modernizing and technical re-equipment of [he textile industry, along with the extension of the competition ability production are in the Yam sector - extension production output from 80% up to 90-95 'A; the realization of the high quality yam units; the providing prosessinsof the SOS producing the weaving sector - the ipviding, and organization production of the combined fabrics. Now By the 5.2 thousands textile enterprises are 23 % under the prosessing of all producing in the Republic of Uzbekistan cotton fibre. For the Fabrics are going around 40 % of all thread, producing in Uzbekistan . Around 3 .0 thousand of textile enterprises are producing 250 items of productions. Within the years of Independence for the textile industry have been called more than 900 mln. USD of the foreign investments , most of them for the yarn industry. 
13 of November 2006 in accordance with the President,s Decree have been signed the resolutions of modernizing and technical re-equipment of all enterprises in textile sector for the period of 2006-2008 years. The main purpose of that- was to cover and realize dinamical and stable development of textile industry, to stimulate the extension the capacities on the producing of the ready made competetive production, to increase the export capacity, and also to create new working places on account of modernizing and technical re-equipment of all enterprises. 
Up to the 1 st of January of 2009 such enterprises also can use the privileges, been provided by the Presidents decree of Republic of Uzbekistan, dated by 20 of June of 2003 ABOUT ADDITIONAL MEASURES ON THE STIMULATING OF THE EXTENSION CONSUMER GOOD PRODUCTION BY THE ENTERPRISES WITH THE FOREIN INVESTMENTS and Cabinet of Ministries, s Decree, dated by 25 of March 2004 year ABOUT THE MEASURES OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE GOVERNING STRUCTURE STATE SHARE HOLDING COMPANY UZBEKYENGILSANOAT AND STIMULATING OF THE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY IN REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN .
