Fruit and  vegetable products, producing   in Republic, has an unexcelled gustatory quality. Uzbekistan is more glorified on foreign markets their own apple, peach and pear, cherry and plum, quince and grape, watermelon and melon. Such subtropical cultures are grown In republic as fig, garnet, persimmon and others Herewith, follows to note that potential fruit and  vegetable to branches of the republic much exceeds the present factors. In this connection reasonable consider the questions of the creation new and competitive on foreign markets type fruit and  vegetable industry to product subjected to deep conversion. In this connection introduces expedient attraction foreign investment for production new type processed fruit and  vegetable to product with high added by cost. On example possible to bring such types to product as spices,  fragrants, baby feeding and others, demand for which since each year on the world market increases.

For period of state independence, in fruit and  vegetable  branch of the republic was attracted more than 100 mln. USD and is created row of the joint-ventures, which number exceeds two hundred, with participation german, turkish, russian, swiss, american, korean and other foreign investment on production juice, jam, tomato paste, dried and frozen and others fruit and  vegetable products.

The Volume of export fruit and  vegetable  to product of the republic since each year increases in quantitative and price expression and geography of its export enlarges. So, according to given State customs committee of the Republic Uzbekistan  in 2005 volume of export fruit and  vegetables  to product have formed 679,4 thous. tons for amount of 111,7 mlnUSD  that on 12,4% in volume and 34,5% in financial expression above factor 2004г. (594,88 thous. tons and 73,12 mln. USD, accordingly).

The Republics Uzbekistan  1111-255 from 11.01.2006y. 'About organizing measure on reforming fruit and  vefetables  industry and viticulture', have defined the most most important conditions of the further development fruit and  vegetable branches of the republic.

The potential of fruit and vegetable to branches of the Republic Uzbekistan great and if it is correct, goal-directed to use the available potential that, republic can in the future become one of the large producers and exporter high-quality and competitive fruit and vegetable  production in the world.

HC 'Uzvinprom-holding'. In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic Uzbekistan GSH-255 dated 11.01.2006y. HC 'Uzplodoovoschvinprom-holding' was transformed to HC 'Uzvinprom-holding'. At present in composition holding to companies enter 67 enterprises wineproducing to industry, from which 4 alcohol plants and 63 enterprises on production wineproducing. From the total number enterprise 19 join-stock companies (JSC), 9 joint-ventures, 3 foreign enterprises, and 34 limited liability societies, private firms, etc..

The Main production potential holding companies forms:

- a conversion of grape before 250 thous. tons;

- a fabrication grape blame 15 mln. gave;

- sparkling and champaign blame 750 thous. gave;

- cognac, brendi 150 thous. gave;

- liqueur-vodka of the product 10 mln. gave.

For present day Holding Company 'Uzvinprom-holding' produces big assortment of wine and cognac  products, including 21 types of champaign and carbonated blames, 24 types of cognac, 163 names of strong drinks and fine wines.Investment projects
